Due to personnel adjustments, Jun Namchul (Chinese name: Quan Nanzhe) will no longer serve as the legal representative of Sea Asia Special Materials (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. starting September 1, 2025. The legal representative will be changed to Lee Euitae (Chinese name: Li Yitai). Therefore, starting September 1, 2025, any actions taken by Mr. Jun Namchul no longer represent Sea Asia Special Materials (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. and are solely his own. The company assumes no legal liability arising from his personal actions.
